Additional Instructions Batch 2024 TransExport

For Agencies that use Batch services use these instructions to update your RMS export instructions.

1. Connect to and log onto the Batch Server.

2. Confirm that batch processing is not running; confirmed by reviewing the Task Manager and ensure that the batch services processes show 0% of CPU usage.

3. Launch services.msc and stop the four TraCS Batch services. Select each service, right click and select stop. (Restart does not work)

   1. TraCS Batch Import Export

   2. TraCS Batch TransComm

   3. TraCS Email Service

   4. TraCS Notification Service

      1. NOTE: the agency may not be running all four services. Make a note of which services were stopped.

4. Open the configuration wizard using a system admin user.

5. Choose Import/Export in the Transmission Ribbon

   Open

   

6. Highlight open Export Instructions

   1. Highlight TransExport Instruction

      Open

      

7. Click Import button at the bottom of the page

   1. Choose No, Let Me Choose from the Template

      Open

      

   2. Highlight ufadV2 and InspectionV4

      Open

      

   3. Click OK

   4. Put the similar forms together by using the up/down arrows (e.g. ufad.frm.exml next to ufadV2.frm.exml)

   5. Click Apply

   6. Click OK
