Citizen Contact: Redacted Report

In the Fall of 2019 the citizen contact report was redesigned with the following features.

Standardized margins.
Standardized Location. Location section that works with both DNR and DMV County and Municipality codes.
Standardized Report Header.
- Police Number appears when it is entered in the form.
- Moved Contact reason to the header to show immediately what the report was written for.
Removed blank groups from the report: if there is nothing in them they shan’t appear on the report
- Parent
- Associate
- Vehicle
- Additional Individual information
- Assisting officer
Yes/No Fields changed to radio button format.
Enlarged fields that would not have the entire field showing if too much information was entered.
For the redacted report the Narrative enabled for redaction.
