Cradlepoint router reset

Router Reset Instructions


If the Cradlepoint router installed in your cruiser and it appears to be connected
to your MDC but has no internet there is a reset button on the router that can be
used.

  • In the Ford Utility vehicles the router is located behind the back seat on the partition and can be accessed by folding down the seat.

It will take a few minutes for the router to reset and come back online. If the issues persist and you cannot contact DSPIT for support Cradlepoint offers a support line at 855 228-6304
