Running a Criminal History in MACH

  • From the person tab of the BOT check the criminal history box and Ident or Summary Segment from the CIB section.

  • On the request details page enter the info and make sure to include a Purpose and your last name with CFS Number in the attention line.

  • When the return comes back copy the State ID field number

  • Return to the BOT screen and this time check CIB Criminal History/Record Segment

  • Paste the State ID into the State Ident Number Box.  Enter Purpose and Attention Line info again.
