Attachments

The attachment form uses case level functionality for linked files and imbedded files.  Ask your TraCS coordinator as to which type of attachment type to use. 

• Linked files are attachments that reside on your network server in the office environment.  They are all stored in a common central location. There are no size restrictions with this attachment types.

• Imbedded files are attachments where the file is stored in the forms (Or TraCS database).  These types of attachments have size limitations so need to be smaller.

• NOTE: these will no longer work after the 64 bit baseline is installed.
