To sign up for a WOCTS Jira Account after submitting a ticket (or without previously submitting a ticket), go to: WISCOM On-Call Tech/Outage System
Click on “Log In” in the upper right corner:
The following window will open up, enter the email address you used to submit the ticket and click Next:
On the next window, click Sign up with password:
Follow the prompts and go to your inbox for next steps:
Click sign up from the message in your inbox:
You’ll then be taken to a browser window to complete the account set up:
Signup is completed and you should be able to view links, and tickets from your organization in the ticketing portal associated with your account. To learn more about managing tickets with your account, see this article.
