Searching the Task Form

Besides the regular fields found in the Forms Manager Grid the task can be searched using the 3 following special fields.

  • Due Date

  • Completed Date

  • Form Disposition

Along with the three additional fields in the Grid Manager, an you can use Advanced Search to look for tasks under 100% complete.

  • In TraCS 10

  • Go to the search box on the bottom  

  • Choose Advanced tab

  • Choose Advanced searches

  • Already Created

    • Highlight Uncompleted tasks if you saved it.

    • Click Search

    • All the uncompleted tasks that the user has access to will appear in the grid.

  • Create New

    • Search Name = Uncompleted tasks

    • Add task Percent complete not Equal 100

    • Show Task Specific Grid Columns to make sure they are there.
