Incident and Time Summary (Time of Day)

Purpose: listing of all forms written by day of week and time of day that the incident occurred

Audience: Managers/Supervisors

Needed Access rights: ‘Supervisor’

To Run

  1. Pick the Incident and Time Summary(Time/Day) from the list

  3. Enter the Beginning and ending Date Occurred

  4. User can filter by

    1. different citation types (remove any you do not wish to see)

  5. Click Submit

  6. View/Print/Export Report
