Installed Citations by Machine ID: Report

Purpose: Listing of all citations loaded on a particular machine number. This report is form in the Tools Ribbon, Number Manager. This will help agencies see what machine numbers have been used in TraCS 10 only

Audience:  Managers/Supervisors/TraCS Administrators.

Needed Access rights: ‘Supervisor’  & ‘SystemAdmin’

Parameters

  1. User chooses the date range.

  2. It will only pull information from your agency if you are in a multi agency environment

  3. Need to have System Admin or Supervisor privileges.

To run this report

  • In TraCS 10 Click Search,

  • Open Tools Ribbon

  • Choose Tracking, choose Installed Citations by Machine ID

  • The following dialog box will appear

  • Fill in the date Range (THIS IS REQUIRED)

  • Click OK and the report will generate.

  • The report and be printed, emailed and exported.

  • No labels
