BTHE Automations


The Badger TraCS Hosted Environment has numerous automations set in place.

Notifications are ongoing and are triggered throughout the day. We have 3 notifications that you could receive

  1. Crash form 10 day notice sent to the owner of the form. Crash forms are required by statute to be sent to the DOT within 10 days of accident date. DSP: Crash Records Unit

    1. This is sent once a day after the 10 days are up.

  2. Rejected forms: Both the TraCS unit and your supervisors can reject a form and an email notice will be sent to the owner of the form. Rejected Status: Fixing a Rejected Form

    1. This is sent once a day immediately after a form is rejected.

  3. ELCI Inventory form: A notice is sent once the inventory gets to 200 citation number left. It is sent to the owner of the form

    1. This is sent once.

The other automations are timed and trigger based on time of day
