basic steps:
connect to office machine
if not updated to fall pack, download 2 files to machine Y:\WiSTAR
paste files into settings folder of network share.
import wistar instructions for import/export for elci, warning, and dnr crash
make sure they are active
import wistar instruction for communication
make sure it is active. Verify button will fail.
Restart batch services if they are batch and don’t have task setup.
