To sign up for a WOCTS Jira Account after submitting a ticket (or without previously submitting a ticket), go to: https://wi-state-patrol.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/21/group/35
Click on “Log In” in the upper right corner:
The following window will open up, enter the email address you used to submit the ticket and click Next:
On the next window, click Sign up with password:
Follow the prompts and go to your inbox for next steps:
Click sign up from the message in your inbox:
You’ll then be taken to a browser window to complete the account set up:
Sign is completed and you should be able to view links, and tickets from your organization in the ticketing portal associated with your account.
