GPS Issues

GPS is not following you in MACH

Open

There are a few things that can cause this.

1. Undock computer and then restart computer and MACH. If GPS works simply redock.

2. DOCK GPS toggle is toggled the wrong way

   1. GPS Switch on dock should be pushed towards the middle of the dock.

   2. GPS Switch is locatated on the back of the dock on the right side

      Open

      

3. Barcode Scanner is taking the GPS Comm port.

   1. Disable the Barcode Scanner if enabled

      Open

      

      File>Settings>Barcode Reader Settings
      Open

      

      Select Disable Barcode Reader and click Next and Finish

   2. Configure the GPS Settings

      Open

      

      File>Settings>GPS Settings

       

      Open

      

      Select Com Port Device and click next
      Open

      

      Select Com3 or Com4 Baud Rate 9600 and Test GPS. If test fails, select the opposite Com port and test again. Click next then finish. Wait a few seconds and you should have GPS again.

   3. You can then reenable the Barcode Reader
