Navigate to C:\ProgramData\TraCS\Settings
Delete DistributionData.xml
In the configuration manager, select the update tab.
Click the run distribution button.
Navigate to the C:\ProgramData\TraCS\Distribution\Templates folder
Select BTDBData.dist.exml
Perform a database sync.
