Crash form 10 day notice sent to the owner of the form. Crash forms are required by statute to be sent to the DOT within 10 days of accident date. DSP: Crash Records Unit

ELCI's older than 90 Days: A notice is sent to the owner of the form. ELCI forms in TraCS are designed to be either completed, issued and transmitted or voided and transmitted in a timely manner. Forms left in an OPEN status for extended periods run the risk the form not being the most current version. If users are not issuing opened ELCIs, the forms should be voided and promptly transmitted.
