The attachment form uses case level functionality for linked files and imbedded files. Ask your TraCS coordinator as to which type of attachment type to use.
Linked files are attachments that reside on your network server in the office environment. They are all stored in a common central location. There are no size restrictions with this attachment types.
Imbedded files are attachments where the file is stored in the forms (Or TraCS database). These types of attachments have size limitations so need to be smaller.
NOTE: these will no longer work after the 64 bit baseline is installed.
