The install file is called MACHClientInstaller

You will need to run as yourself to install on their machines.   Easiest way to do this is [shift] and right click on the file and select run as different user.

Once install starts 

Select Next on first screen

Change agency number and url: to as follows

Agency: 533

URL: https://mach.wismdcn.org/

Then Click Next

Click Next again and again

Click Finish
