The Outlook app does not allow you to use the phish notify box when dealing with a shared mailbox.

There are two ways to bypass this

Couple ways to do it

 

 

Workaround 1: From Outlook Desktop App

  1. Copy (Ctrl + C) the message from the shared mailbox and then paste (Ctrl + V) the message to your inbox.

  2. Use the “Report Phishing” button to report it as spam.

  3. Delete the message from your inbox.

Workaround 2: https://outlook.office365.com/mail/ on the web

 

Once into your mailbox you can click on the profile picture or your Initials in upper right corner of page and select open another mailbox

 

 

Type in the email address or Mailbox name and select it and choose open

 

Then simply select the message and click on the three dots to the right of the message and choose phish notify
