This is instructions on how to redownload a TraCS update in the case you expect it did not download correctly or you had an error during the download.

  1. Close TraCS

  2. Copy below:

    Code Block
    C:\Program Files (x86)\TraCS into your file explorer

  3. Paste it into Windows File Explorer and press enter on your keyboard.

  4. Open the RegistryKeyName file

  5. Delete the value after TraCSPack=

  6. Save and close the file

  7. Copy below:

  1. Paste into your file explorer and press enter on your keyboard.

  2. Delete the DistributionLog file (if you do not see this file, move to next step)

  3. Right click TraCS and Run As administrator

    1. (you may need your windows admin credentials or IT assistance for this)

  4. Click Yes on the Update.
