  1. Close TraCS.

  2. Locate where your Agency’s Mobile Distribution folder is.

  3. Copy the Mobile folder that holds the MobileDistribution.bat file to your desktop.

  4. Open the folder and run the MobileDistribution.bat file. Let it run, press ok when you get the green checkmark. Let it close by itself.
