Vehicle Custody Form

Used to print out to Towing Companies and keep inventory of Towed Vehicles.

Each Tow Supplement Vehicle Custody form contains one Document group. The fields within the group are shown in the figure below.

This is part of the vehicle common information and if replicated from the Crash form will copy over.

Each tow Supplement Vehicle Custody form contains one Signature group. This could be for either capturing the officer signature or the towing companies tower signature or both.
