Close TraCS
Copy C:\Program Files (x86)\TraCS
Paste it into Windows File Explorer
Open the RegistryKeyName file
Delete the value after WIPack=
Save and close the file
Right click TraCS and Run As administrator
(you may need your windows admin credentials or IT assistance for this)
Click Yes on the Update.
