Agency Tables associated with form

Document Group

Each Tow Supplement form contains one Document group. The fields within the group are shown in the figure below.

Summary

Each Tow Supplement form contains one Summary group. The fields within the group are shown in the figure below

Reason for Tow

  • Agency List or one below, If agency list then cannot make check boxes on report.

  • Vehicle Damage same as Crash form.

Inventory Group

Each Tow Supplement form contains up to 10 Inventory groups. The fields within the group are shown in the figure below. The “Check Location field describes the contents of what location in the vehicle was inventoried. The contents are the valuables description below.

Individual/Driver Group

Each Tow Supplement form contains one Individual group. The fields within the group are shown in the figure below. Last Name field is searchable.

Vehicle / Equipment Group

Each Tow Supplement form contains one Vehicle / Equipment group. The fields within the group are shown in the figure below. Registration Number field is searchable.
